Conserve the natural environment of South Broad.
This can be achieved by cleaning up Chattanooga Creek, preserving the views of Lookout Mountain, and establishing a greenway system.

Whether through design review, improved codes, or more appropriate zoning; it will be crucial to utilize public and private partnerships.
